The Gunk [2021] is a cooperative adventure with a first-person view in a sci-fi setting from the creators of the SteamWorld series. In the game you will embark on an amazing journey through a vast and alien world, where you will encounter terrifying enemies and challenging puzzles to solve the mystery of a forgotten planet, while preserving it. In the game, the player assumes control of Rani, a scavenger who has arrived on an alien planet with her partner Beck. The alien planet features various biomes such as canyons, jungles and caves, but the terrains have been corrupted by a black slime-like parasite named the Gunk which is actively harming the environment and its wildlife.
