Taking as a basis the Franconian painting and architecture of the end of the XIV century, Manor Lords tries to observe historical authenticity in everything — both in game mechanics and in external design. The usual medieval images, which have become cliches, give way here to historical accuracy — all in order to make the game world more realistic, colorful and believable.
